We can supply the technical support and field supervision to deal with all technical issues as related to the entire San Marco™ product line.
On-call standard technical support is provided by:

- Internet
- Intranet
San Marco™ technical training and certification is available to pre-qualified Eagle West Equipment Dealer technical staff and will take place at the San Marco™ factory in Italy.
On-site technical supervision and/or Dealer/customer staff orientation is also available from factory trained and certified technical specialists.
All technical supervision and/or orientation staff supplied at the distributor level to dealers and customers will be dispatched from Canada at specified rates plus travel and per diem costs.
Eagle
West™ Equipment Inc. is the master distributor for San Marco™ International SLR in North
America (Canada, USA and Mexico) and as the factory authorized warranty
representative will deal with all items covered by the factory warranty inside
North America.
